1. Who we are

2. Your account
You need an account to buy. You must be old enough to enter into a contract and to use PayPal where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your password private — you're responsible for activity on your account.
3. What we sell
- Adopt Me and Murder Mystery 2 items — in-game pets, weapons and other items, delivered by an in-game trade on Roblox.
- Adopt Me and Murder Mystery 2 accounts — Roblox accounts whose login details are delivered privately on your order page.
Each listing describes what you'll receive. Thumbnails are illustrations unless the listing says otherwise. Listings marked "Sample" or "Example listing" show how the store works and are not for sale.
4. Third-party games and platforms
We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Uplift Games (Adopt Me!) or Nikilis (Murder Mystery 2). Their own terms apply to your use of their games. Roblox's terms don't allow accounts, or in-game items, to be sold for real money or transferred, and Roblox or a game's developer may remove items, moderate accounts or let a previous owner recover an account. We can't control those decisions. By buying, you confirm you understand this risk and that you're responsible for following the rules of the games you play.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal. An order is only confirmed once PayPal confirms the payment to us — until then it shows as "Awaiting payment". If an item turns out to be unavailable, or was listed at an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Delivery
How and when each type of product is delivered is explained in our Digital Delivery policy.
7. Refunds and disputes
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If something goes wrong, please contact us on Discord with your order number before opening a PayPal dispute — it's usually the fastest way to fix it.
8. Accounts you buy
Login details for an account you buy are for you alone. Once they're delivered, you're responsible for securing the account by changing the password, adding your own email and turning on 2-Step Verification.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use the store for fraud, chargeback abuse, or to harass staff or other customers. We may suspend accounts that do.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
