Order numbers look like AM-261012-K7Q2XP. You'll find yours on the confirmation page and under My Orders. In your message, include:
- Your order number
- What you bought and what went wrong
- Your Roblox username, for item trades
- The PayPal transaction ID if it's a payment issue
Stay safeThe owner will never ask for your password, your PayPal login or payment outside this website. Only trust messages from the owner inside our official server.
