Refund Policy

Digital items can't be returned like physical goods, so here's exactly when we refund and how to ask.

You'll get a full refund if

  • We can't deliver your item within [72 hours] of your payment being verified.
  • An item is out of stock after you've paid.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

We'll replace the item or refund you if

  • You received something different from the listing — for example the wrong pet, a Neon instead of a Mega Neon, or a regular Godly instead of its Chroma.
  • An account's login details don't work when they're delivered.
  • An account is recovered by a previous owner within [number] days of delivery, provided you changed the password, added your own email and turned on 2-Step Verification when you received it.

Refunds usually aren't possible when

  • An in-game trade was completed and accepted.
  • Account details were delivered, worked, and the account matched the listing.
  • You've changed your mind after delivery.
  • Roblox or a game's developer restricts an item or account because of how it was used after delivery.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Message the owner on our Discord server.
  2. Include your order number (it starts with AM-) and explain what went wrong. Screenshots help.
  3. We'll reply within [time frame] and tell you what happens next.

Approved refunds are sent back through PayPal to the account you paid with. PayPal usually shows them within a few business days. Your order page will update to "Refunded", and any delivery details or files for that order are removed.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute — we can usually sort things out faster. If a dispute is opened, we may pause delivery on that order until it's resolved.
