Buying
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. A free account lets us link your order to you, show you its status, and keep delivery details private so only you can see them. Creating one takes under a minute.
Are the listed items actually in stock?
Stock numbers are kept up to date by the owner and checked again the moment you pay. If an item sells out before your payment goes through, the payment isn't taken.
What does NFR / MFR mean on Adopt Me pets?
It's trading shorthand: N = Neon, M = Mega Neon, F = Fly potion, R = Ride potion. So an MFR pet is a Mega Neon that can fly and be ridden.
What do Godly, Ancient and Chroma mean in MM2?
They're Murder Mystery 2 rarity tiers. Godly items sit above Legendary, Ancients are rarer still, and Chromas are colour-shifting versions of certain Godlies. Every listing shows its rarity.
Can I ask for an item you don't have?
Yes. Use “Request an item” (in the footer, or when a search finds nothing). Tell us what you want and your budget; it's free, and if we can get it we'll email you with a price. Sold-out items also have an “Email me when it's back” button.
Delivery
How are Adopt Me and MM2 items delivered?
By an in-game trade. Enter your Roblox username at checkout, then join our Discord and post your order number to arrange a time. For Adopt Me you'll need a trade license and free inventory space.
How are accounts delivered?
Login details are added privately to your order page after payment is verified and the account has been checked. Change the password, add your own email and turn on 2-Step Verification straight away.
How long does delivery take?
Items and accounts are delivered by hand, usually within a few hours. Your order page always shows the current status.
Payments & refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, plus any debit or credit card that PayPal's checkout offers in your country. Your order only counts as paid once PayPal has confirmed the payment to our server.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there's a small minimum at checkout so payment fees don't swallow very small orders. Your bag shows how much more to add, and you can mix items from any marketplace to reach it.
Is there a discount for buying more?
Yes. With enough single items in your bag, a “buy more, save more” discount is taken off automatically, and your bag shows how many more items you need for the next step. Accounts, bundles and items under $1 (like eggs, which you can buy up to 100 at a time) don't count toward it, and it can't be combined with a discount code (you get whichever saves more).
Can I get a refund?
If an item or account can't be delivered, you'll get a full refund. Once an item has been traded to you or account details have been delivered, refunds are handled case by case. See the Refund Policy for details.
I paid but my order still says 'Awaiting payment'.
PayPal sometimes reviews a payment before releasing it. Your order updates automatically once it clears. If it hasn't changed after an hour, contact us on Discord with your order number.
Accounts & safety
How do I get help with an order?
Join our Discord server using the button in the corner of every page and message the owner with your order number (it starts with AM-). Including the number lets us find your order straight away.
Is it safe to buy Roblox accounts?
Read the notice on each account listing before buying. Roblox's terms don't allow accounts to be sold or transferred, so an account can be moderated or recovered by its original owner. We never post login details publicly.
